The 20-year-old suspect, Phoenix Ikner, is the stepson of Leon County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Jessica Ikner, who has been with the department for 18 years.

Because there are 10s of millions of gun owners in this country, if not more. Very, very few of them commit crimes with guns.

Kind of have to wonder which parent was actually abusing or neglecting the kid, seeing as all this happened under his father’s roof.
