In the age of the internet, it’s weird that they still feel the need to ban books. You can find anything on the internet.
Use a custom domain with proton simple login. I set a wildcard regex and just allow <nameofservice>@customdomain.com. I can make up an email on the spot and when they inevitably add me to some annoying mailing list, I can just disable it in simple login.
I give it 5 years and they’ll be renaming it HBO again.
Ugh, why are they quoting that blowhard David Gerard
The Reddit app and site are bloated bullshit. It’s an insult that they want you to use that. Lemmy with Voyager is the experience I like.
Reddit was killed by spez. RIP. Long live Lemmy! Hopefully it’s insulated from meddling by venture capital.
The problem is that this applies to news and information. People are listening to Joe Rogan, who doesn’t try to report the facts, not journalists.
This is all nice, but overall weak. American tech is on track to dominate the world. We need to step up the quality and incentives to make these services the defacto standard.
“Insane and deeply wrong” describes Elon Musk perfectly
Wtf is with those photos, some nazi shit
I think they were mostly just desperate for people who could do the job and wouldn’t quit within a month. I always got my work done, but I learned I’m not cut out for customer service.
Used to work a chain coffee shop. Had a closing shift by myself, but would randomly get slammed with large groups of people. On occasion when customers were rude to me while I was trying to do everything on my own, I just snapped and swore at them and gave them the finger. I thought I was going to get fired when word got back to my manager, but all I ever got were raises and eventually promoted to assistant manager.
Now do Joe Rogan
Sounds like a good reason to move my money outside the reach of the US government. I’m sure that will help boost our economy and provide certainty.
I would love to see a real comparison.
Why isn’t it 200?
