God damn it, its not about controlling protests. Its about squashing resistance. They know that in LA county the cops are not going to help them detain people. They want to send people who DONT live there and have NO connection to the people and the place. So they are INDIFFERENT and follow orders. They are going to make an example of LA so no other city gets inspired by LAs resistance.
