May I ask why you sleep so little? Sorry, it is enough but you have more time so why would you choose to get up so early?
As for me, my sleep schedule is kinda messed up. Still in school, and I lose track of time fast, so I often look up to see it’s suddenly 2am. I’m working on it, but not much progress yet
I mean, 8 hours is more than enough? I’m way younger but always sleep 8 hours more or less. I don’t care about sleeping in and getting up 5 AM is an amazing feeling for me.
It’s just when my body wakes up. I don’t use an alarm.
I’m 44 and I think it’s an age thing. I struggle to sleep for more than 8 hours. I wake up naturally around 6-7am and go to bed around 23:00.
I remember the days I needed 9 hours of sleep a day. Now years later I’m usually fine with 7-8 a day.
