Well, if we assume American-Chinese foods are based upon what’s available to make authentic dishes, then Chine-Mex is the equivalent for South US(border region mostly) and Mexico. Stuff like cilantro in egg rolls or avocado fried rice! Yeah, but at least they have high sugar warnings on their beverages, so it’s likely nothing compared to what the US does with the only metric measured bottles available in the region (which are typically much cheaper too).
