  • M137 understood what I meant.

I believe that people are born with the same primitive instincts as everyone else, (survive and reproduce) but they gradually begin to develop their own feelings and sense of being. Some natural, some by trauma, etc, overcoming the expectations of your parents being the biggest hurdle.

I’m just simply saying that people aren’t born knowing they’re a part of that community until they’ve come to a realization or a spark.

Just my opinion. Just how I observed a family member and his experiences. Sadly, no one accepted him and he’s gone now. But I read his journals about how he felt, came to being, etc afterwards. Just wanted to understand.

  • Reps and Dems are so far gone that neither care about each other. I was a conservative when I was in the Army, but watching the left and the right battle each other recently, I’ve been slipping towards the moderate side.
Just don’t want to affiliate with either and just live in the middle of nowhere.

I know I troll a lot on here but I just want to get these emotions out and get a different perspective on things.

My psychiatrist tells me that I need to open up more, but I feel that if I do, I’d just explode.

Oh well. No need to spill that on here. Whoops.

*Also, Republicans aren’t that bad. Democrats are just as bad from a different direction. At some point, they’re just Nazis pointing at each other with how far apart they are.

  • Transwomen, or men, appear to be strong when they compete against females.

In the military, they’re non deployable if they have to take their hormones. Depending on the regulations, it’s been awhile since I was in. Especially if they’re unable to conform to military life , because the military definitely shouldn’t conform to them, especially if it’s about life and death in the field. …

If people can’t join because they’re mentally unstable, then why should someone with gender dysphoria be able to enlist? Would it be a distraction to the unit? I know for a fact the infantry wouldn’t be a good fit for them, and they shouldn’t force combat arms to accept them, given their responsibilities.

You may say, “fuck their responsibilities”, but those are the civilians who don’t have the intestinal fortitude to enlist, or the soldiers who don’t deploy to combat situations.

  • Do you even know what the real issue is?

Never said it’s similar to asthma, but trans people do have to take hormones for the rest of their lives, and there’s a lot of disqualifiers for military service as it is. It’s not like joining a health spa. It’s not just the lives of trans, it’s the lives of everyone in the unit. And I know that combat units won’t be able to handle that yet. And you may say that they should, but you can’t just throw one in there and expect them to handle it, especially when it’s a job that deals with life and death.

You don’t understand. You’re just a virtue signaler that won’t volunteer to join the military.

Do I care? Nope. But i wouldn’t have a problem if there’s a waiver, and keeps them out of combat arms. Can’t take hormones when you’re in a long ass firefight or skirmish. Can’t stop evading from an enemy threat just so you can administer those meds. Convoys won’t risk driving over IEDs just to deliver them.

They’d be better suited for support roles if anything.

Keep being butthurt about stuff you don’t understand.
