Dude crushing dissent is way too much work. Scaring people is far far more effective.

Show your trades, where are your puts?

OP has made a prediction. Which amounts to a personal opinion. How on Earth do you expect anyone to show proof of that? That is not how anything works.

Easy, if they are soooo sure of their prediction of a false flag attack, then they could:

Provide in what way it might happen and when and the why with a carefully explained summary

What puts they have as a result of the expected second order effects from the prediction (Ie, balls deep on Raytheon, etc) as they are super sure of betting against the future of certain companies and betting on favor of the future of others

And what trades have they done to benefit themselves financially in the events of the supposed prediction.

And if the prediction didn’t happen (Ie, the false flag attack) then we can surely say the native language of op is not only poppycock, but with a major on makeup bullshit as well

The failed investments would only compound on the shame for op and hopefully teach them a lesson in predictions

I feel less and less sad for people in the USA as time goes on because of exactly what you say. How did they not see it coming? HOOOOOW? And how did a third push for it, a third sorta try to help, and the other third maybe or maybe not just still doesn’t even know what’s happening?

At the time of the election I lived in Utah, for those who don’t know Utah is a heavily republican state. Outside SLC county, the state is majority conservative. My family voted for Harris, but honestly there was never a chance Utah as a state would go blue since the 1970s. In the end, for those that live outside the swing states (the purple states that decide elections) there is little chance of influencing the election. I’m both trans and bisexual, I fear for the state of this country. I didn’t want this :/ I’m on Medicare and Medicaid and the budget bill would stop my access to gender-affirming care. I wouldn’t be able to be on HRT, and I would probably have to live without the surgery I’ve wanted for so long.

The issue I’m having is that yours is a country which sees the far right as something that will always exist with such power. I know the mechanics of it all, what I’m routinely shocked by is the back that the bar is on the floor and the country as a whole just cannot seem to get over it. The Democrats should not be the best you really have to offer, they should be your right-wing party and they should struggle but instead the USA handed a dictator the popular vote and a third of the place didn’t even participate either way.

It isn’t the existence of good people, it’s the complete domination by evil, or even just apathetic, people. I’m genuinely sorry that you’re suffering but, especially as a Canadian, it does not change my opinion about the landfill inferno that is the USA.

There are 1.765 million registered voters in Utah. Trump got 883k votes. Kamala could have carried the state by nearly 200k people if they bothered to vote.

Unlikely, but still possible. If people in deep red states decided it was worth it to still got out and vote blue, even if they were going to lose.

The average person has no control in the US. It is and apparently always will be an oligarchy with the illusion of freedom and democracy.

The media did managed to convince a third of people that Trump is anti government which is pretty rich. It just shows how far propaganda has come.

Why does Trump need an actual terrorist attack. He can just show up on TV, flash an AI generated face-melting re-edit of a scene from the TV show 24, announce “We are under attack and must respond immediately”, and fire up the bombers.

At this point, I bet you that you could show Trump a deep fried still-image meme and convince him that we need to strike back.

Something like 70% of gradates in STEM fields in Iran are women. Their economy can’t absorb the skilled labors because of the sanctions though, but that is their goal: To hinder democracy and a middle class that wouldn’t want to sell out to the west. What the US and Israel is doing is meant to do the opposite of what leftists want for Iran. And war is certainly not going to make any of this better.

I don’t know why they’re trying to push this narrative that Iran having nuclear weapons is somehow more bad for Western society than, for example, North Korea having nuclear weapons.

They’re acting as if no hostile power has ever had nuclear weapons before.
