I can understand not in most contexts if you’re nowhere near Micronesia, but they’ve been in every Summer Olympics since 2000, so they’ve been included in every opening ceremony with their own flag bearer, plus the events. They’re not exactly an unknown nation when they’re able to compete on a global scale.
