Pickels
Ka-runch!
sugar snap peas go crazy, and they’re very filling too
Does air popped corn count as low calorie? If not, it’s gherkins for me
I like flavored nori. This sort of thing:

Never had that particular brand, but you get the idea.
I eat grape tomatoes, pickles, sliced cucumbers or radish with salt.
Carrots cut into thin planks to scoop home made salsa verde
I’m a slut for potatoes. If you don’t soak them in oil, butter, or cheese they’re about a kcal/gram. I like to nuke one and just add salt
Also one of the best foods in terms of satiety per calorie.
I do ham and cheese full fibre toasties. About 150-200kcal but very filling. Not having any ‘bad’ snacks immediately available in the house also helps a lot.
Your average slice of bread is 95 calories so you are at 190 calories before you’ve even added fillings.
I guess with everything combined, one toastie is closer to 300 kcal, (local nutrition org says 81kcal per slice of bread) and doesn’t really fit the low cal request, it’s true.
It works so well for me for staying away from just rawdogging a whole bag of potato chips, which isn’t even that much more calories, but the type of calories are way worse.
A slice of ham is 150-200kcal by itself, if you eat two sandwiches you are better off eating an entire bag of crisps (~500kcal for 200gr).
That must be a thick slice of ham. The cold cuts I was picturing are like 20cal per slice at most

This guy americas!
Sliced bell peppers.
Apples for me; they’re cheap, sweet, filling, and last pretty long compared to other fruit and veg.
Fridge cold honeydew melon. Nothing even closely compares to how tasty that is for me. Low in calories as well.
Four molecules of Nutella.
Ooo thanks for reminding me to get more pickles! I like pickles, but also clementines or cold grapes.
Raw potato that’s cut into the shape of steak fries/chips for easy eating. Most people dislike the bitter flavour but I love the crunch and taste!
Roasted salted pumpkin seeds
Cucumber! Or red bell pepper
