  • You can use archinstall and it is dummy simple. Just have another computer or phone around to look things up and go down the menu like a checklist. My admittedly limited arch experience has so far been “run archinstall, use pacman to install tools as I run into things I’d like to have”. I have a Framework 16 with the built in GPU, I imagine some hardware complicates this process but just look stuff up it’s all out there unless you’re on some really wild hardware. Even without archinstall you can follow the arch wiki and you’re basically replicating what the tool does but using the wiki as your checklist and needing to type more

  • I spend most my time on the phone socializing anyway. I’m addicted to feeling connected with people I care about not “little flashy lights”. I’m not at coffee shops to meet people I’m there to change pace for a minute and reset before I move to another task. If I’m specifically with someone then sure I talk to them but usually I want to be anywhere else because coffee shops in Seattle are so loud I can’t hold a conversation

  • In my high school they were passing people who were functionally illiterate to keep funding up. It was pretty much assumed those kids were a lost cause so they never got any extra help either. School would just look the other way as someone was lost in the cracks and passed on paper. The very rare ones that did manage to get extra help would take tests in a different room and it was well known the aids would just give them answers if they took too long. Everyone hated it especially the kids being passed through. They got ostracized for “having it easy” while also being frustrated they’re spending all day being told to focus on stuff they don’t understand and aren’t getting real help with

Probably depends on who you ask. I’m polyamorous and I think in almost all cases where someone says polygamy and not polyamory they’re engaging in an immoral power dynamic. My experience being poly though I’d say most people take offense to the multiple partners thing and polygamy is just what they’re familiar with as a concept
