I am not sufficiently qualified to comment on this particular sociocultural trends nor can I give medical recommendations. However, some may want to inform themselves by evaluating the current status of relevant research. A number of studies have found that greater ejaculation frequency is associated with a reduced risk of prostate cancer.
One such research in question :
For old people yeah, but for young people it increases the risk for prostate cancer. One group does it too little, the other does it too much.
You may want to add a source or 2 to your reply, you know, same as the person you replied to did. Otherwise, people may draw the conclusion that you’re not a valuable source yourself.
The difference is very small, and the line for 0-3 ejaculations per month being at the middle instead of the bottom is kinda sus

Also, based on the “Results and limitations” summary, the increased prostate cancer risk might also be from high body mass index, sexually transmitted infections, and/or alcohol consumption
