It is my firm belief that every non-executive position in this country should be unionized.
You have a large corporation with 20,000 employees? They should be unionized.
You have a small business with two employees? They should be unionized.

There are unionized nonprofits doing work to fight climate change. The only ones I know of are unionized with CWA
I hate that mid-level managers can’t unionize in the US
Gotta be real, the poor decisions of mid-level managers have probably fucked me more than execs.
