For judges, I mostly look for key backers. For example, teachers union shows support? I’m in. Moms for Liberty or anything with “Patriot”? Instant vote against. Or I read the voters pamphlet for dog whistles. If neither pan out, then I actually have to do research, ugh.
Here’s what I believe are the top considerations:

Check out the “all” for the instance of that’s important to you. Each all is different depending on your instance (it’s based on what other users on the instance are doing).

I have lucid dreams and I get excited when it happens and make some fun decisions. “Oh, this is a dream. Sweet, I’m gonna go do [X] now.” I always remember don’t try flying, because it was scary when I tried and jolted me out of the dream.
But here’s the thing. Once I’m awake, as I think about it, it seems like I did exactly what I wanted to do, but I realize that there’s absolutely no way of knowing whether I genuinely had control or just dreamed that I had control and made those choices. But in the end I did have control and made those choices because it’s my brain, right? And I feel like I did; it’s more like a memory than a dream. But following the same line, I could question reality.
Anyway, I’m currently cynical and think nobody actually controls their dreams, they only wake up thinking they did.

This became a thing in Trump’s first term. Passed Congress hidden in the defense Bill of 2019. Everyone was busy reporting on the bill also banning Huawei products.
It usually takes 20 years to reach this rank. Not only are they skipping basic and fitness, they could at least take the mandatory 4 week new officers course, right? Hah, no.

Republicans only care about themselves. So they care about THEIR dog, THEIR family, etc. anything or anyone else is “others” that can burn for all they care. You see it when some of them suddenly support homosexuality when their kid is gay and “oh, so it’s actually NOT a choice!” But they’re also more likely to disown their kid or shoot their dog if it doesn’t meet their expectation or fit in their world view.

Cities in pretty much the entire country are running with an understaffed police force. They’ll take what they can get. I’m 100% pro Union, but another problem is that police unions help protect unfit (literally and figuratively) police from being forced to try harder by abusing protected status health claims. I’ve seen in both police and military, they are handed paperwork if they are not meeting fitness expectations, but nothing ever comes of it.
Does she like an “assist” type role in games rather than lead? Or the communication? Or different people with different jobs?
