I thought we should bring some attention to this.

    Sure, I lied. Happy?

Now respond to the first part:

So, billionaires not paying their fair share is just a US/Netherlands issue? If not, in your attempt to weasel out of what you said, you’re just confirming my point that you can’t talk about another country having bad shit without shitting on America.

It is an issue anywhere billionaires have to pay tax. Which is not “worldwide,” as you claimed.

However, I’m not interested in talking to people who tell blatant lies about me even if they admit it, especially when they claim their lie is now their point, implying that it is not, in fact, a lie.

Enjoy being needlessly combative with someone else.

Holy shit, is there nothing you won’t be pedantic about? lol. What a joke of an attempt to avoid the point.

Anything to avoid the actual point.

Nah, it’s over. When backed into a corner, FlyingSquid always seems to just latch onto some point, regardless of how tangential it is to actual point, because they think it is a “winning” point, and then won’t let go. I wanted to see what would happen if I relented on that distraction and just admitted to their implication, so we could go back to the main point. Apparently it means they run from the debate.

Although, in retrospect, I wish I hadn’t agreed to their accusation of lying, and instead claimed it was just a rhetorical statement, which is more accurate, and that I (obviously) couldn’t prove it. That probably would have been a better test. Agreeing to their accusation of lying just gave them an easy out.

To be honest, I have no idea what that image means.
