I hear you and that stinks to be told. However, is it not the vouchers of monetary value but those distributing them, who were voted into power? Guess from my angle that directly ties into the state being red or blue (with some grey area of course). Nonetheless, America has 3+ options for everything but politics, isn’t that weird?!?
