I guess that congestion pricing is working.
Absolutely nowhere in the article was that mentioned or credited to the decreases. Road design, police/camera enforcement, and ebike/scooter speed caps were.
Because cars don’t cause deaths, it’s the pedestrians jumping infront of my car that do. /s
