I’ve been hunting for a place to rent for a few weeks now so I can sell my home. Mostly looking in the foothills from Littleton to Golden. I’m seeing price cuts on listings and lots of inventory. And lots of overpriced garbage that’s sitting unrented for weeks. Perhaps the tables are turning a little bit.
