Pretty sure he’s being held federally with no bail. Maybe there’s extra documentation and effort at the state level to deny bail. Granted if that was the case I sure as fuck hope they have that paperwork fully drafted and ready to drop at the moment someone on the fed side even breathes wrong with respect to this case. Could see trump floating the idea of a pardon just to see the reaction.
