      Usually that means they directly attacked you. But I suppose it could mean anything up to and including attacking an ally, so could be a loop hole of bot worded right

        It is a loop-hole the neo-liberals and neo-cons always put in their bills so they can use the CIA and/or Zionist to create a “weapons of mass destruction” false-flag like they did during W Bush when they want to go to war.
