It is a registered organization and as such it is legally represented by its board. Demanding a full member list has no legal reason, but of course the German government loves to make lists of Jews it doesn’t like.
I’ve heard that its also including bank account freezes for them as well in some cases, utterly ridiculous behavior by the German government.
