If Rump thinks Musk knows the bill better than anyone, it would make sense that he knows how terrible it is.
If Musk truly hasn’t seen it at all, then his opinion of it isn’t worth much.
Basically they’re both arguing against their own positions.
They are both lying pieces of human trash. They are both responsible for this monstrosity they have created.
