The letter, from Tennessee Christian Preparatory School, states that because of Morgan Armstrong’s conduct, she will not be allowed on campus or any school events, including her upcoming graduation.
True enough, I overlooked that aspect. Not sure how discrimination might play into it, but if it’s a private school then freedom of speech doesn’t apply :/
Except it’s licensed by the state of Tennessee as an acceptable place to send your kids that won’t have them or you catching a truancy charge. Constitutional protections against government overreach apply to licensed agents of the state in a lot of other situations, not sure why this one should be different.
The conservatives on the supreme Court haven’t been consistent in decades. For then stare decises and judicial ethics are annoyances that should be ignored at all costs.
