I find noise rock and general noise music to work well for me. Ronaldo and the loaf, panoram, dog milk by palm and revolution 9 by the beatles. Also a select amount of music by the residents.
Not everyones jam but It’s disruptive and less than predictable. It can keep me from distractions allowing me to focus and if I wish focus on not focusing on anything.

Not really music, but I like the sound of repetitive mechanical equipment. Printing press, assembly lines. Nothing with super loud noises, just a room full of well oiled machines. Also traffic, no horns.
I, too, have been lulled to sleep at night with my headset on by the sounds of my Factorio factory running
LoFi Girl, except anything by Purple Cat in that mix.
If the head needs to be empty, I find that droney Japanese noise is the best way to get that. Example: Aube - Flare
