A State may not carry out any election for Federal office using a system of ranked choice voting under which each voter ranks the candidates for the office in the order of the voter’s preference
And then they will fumble the ball like always. The U.S. needs a better political system, but I’m not holding my breath that that will happen, ever.
consider its mostly a uniparty, not even 2 party system, theres not much.
