• What a ridiculous hot take. There’s a very good chance Bibi gets voted out. Same for Putin?

Russians are the aggressors. Israel is defending itself from literal terrorists that have spent decades launching tens of thousands of rocket attacks, suicide bombings, and now mass shootings.

Russians literally target civilians indiscriminately without even any pretext of a valid military target. Is there a single example that you can point to of the Russian military warning Ukrainians before bombing civilians?

Israel actually is a democracy. Saying otherwise makes you indistinguishable from a flat earther.

      • Blah blah blah. I did not invent political science and the definition of democracy. Stop spamming me the same four links to half truths and spin, which per usual are posted to demonize Israel as a whole, not to asserting anything having to do with the fact of whether it is a democracy, and write a letter to I don’t know a college of political science. I’m sure they will take your opinion very seriously.

Unfortunately, countries with elections in which there is a legally binding demographic imbalance are still considered democracies.

Which is why even Switzerland, which did not allow women to vote until 1971, was still considered a democracy.

Israel is the aggressor too, violently colonizing and ethnically cleansing the local population. The Palestinians are just defending themselves against their own destruction. But it’s an unfair fight, because they only have small make-shift rockets against Israel with a big army and getting billions from the biggest empire in the world.

The fact that Israel has a democracy is of no concern to the civilians in Gaza being bombed and starved to death. In fact, it makes it worse: Russians can’t vote out their government, but Israelis can.
