Or they were buying a load. Jacking loads or getting robbed/scammed for cash does take place.
The store got so bad that it had to be turned into a public company but it had so many different things it carried to account for, no one really wanted to touch it. It’s not a one contract job, that’s how the job is trying to account for it and keeping stock in or changing it around and that’s why prices do fluctuate and clearance takes place.
