An Illinois judge who sparked outrage by reversing a man’s rape conviction involving a 16-year-old girl has been removed from the bench after a judicial oversight body found he circumvented the law and engaged in misconduct.

    Wow, this is so much like the Brock Allan Turner case. Straight to victim-blaming and dismissing the damage caused by the perpetrator. “It’s not his fault. The parents didn’t stop them from swimming in a pool together.”

          You would, obviously, if you are a victim of rape or even just emotionally involved in that from a distance.

          HOWEVER DO YOU FEEL YOU’D THINK THE SAME IN THE HYPOTHETICAL SITUATION YOU WOULD BE IN JAIL FOR A RAPE YOU DID NOT DO?

          (I do not know this case. I am talking only hypothetical cases. IT IS INDEED POSIBLE TO BE INNOCENT. In most cases a lot of proof is required to convinct someone. But when a girl screams rape? Inmediate response with no further proof. As it should be. But then a fake call should be VERY HARSHLY PUNISHED. which it’s not.

          Ps I actually had several exes mention the fact : do as I say or ill scream = threatening to fake rape accusations!! Think about it. It is.
