I don’t think anyone does. There are far to many people in Europe and otherwise who do not realize how much of an impact this will have to them.
I am not a big fan of American exceptionalism but the American empire has turned itself into the main character of the world stage and the fallout of it collapsing will harm a lot more than just itself.
