Besides being used for nukes, it’s the most poisonous substance on earth. Needless to say, the security around this material is as tight as we can make it. Somebody somewhere sold this guy some.

By definition weapons-grade plutonium is 90% enriched. Besides being used for nukes, it’s the most poisonous substance on earth. Needless to say, the security around this material is as tight as we can make it. Somebody somewhere sold this guy some.
