one assessment suggests that ChatGPT, the chatbot created by OpenAI in San Francisco, California, is already consuming the energy of 33,000 homes. It’s estimated that a search driven by generative AI uses four to five times the energy of a conventional web search. Within years, large AI systems are likely to need as much energy as entire nations.

I didn’t miss anything. Especially not the part where you, once again, do not deny that you think it’s justifiable for companies to do whatever they feel like as long as its legal and should receive no criticisms for it.

Again, wrong comment! It’s the one above that says the word Sony.

For someone who got so bent out of shape about getting multiple replies, you know that you keep sending me replies irrelevant to your original request about which comment to answer? Again, you asked me to stick to a single point, so are you mad at Sony and Nintendo for their environmental footprint which is several times larger than ChatGPT’s?

Why should I say anything about your Sony comment when you’d just defend anything Sony could ever do if it was legal.

Legal for Sony to dump PCBs in a river in a country with lax environmental regulations? Just fine to you, apparently.
