They just want a reason to criticize you that doesn’t involve being honest to either you or themselves.

Agreed. Smashing the patriarchy should not involve restrictions on skirt spinning.
Maybe the critic should try skirt go spinny and they’d understand the appeal. Everyone deserves to try skirt go spinny. It’s so satisfying.
