We do it to cows all the time, why not?
I’ve never done anything to a cow, except once fed one apples, over a fence.
Most people certainly paid someone to do it though.
No one paid me to feed the cow those apples, I did it out of my own free will.
Ackthually, cow’s milking is pretty consensual, they’ll even go to the milking place on their own, if they are free to roam.
It’d be pretty hard to hold still a half a tonne animal, after all.
