Hopefully they are enough to disperse Russian anti-aircraft defences.
Depends on what they hit. From what I’ve gathered, if they damaged the distillation tower that likely is more of an issue. Storage tanks? Not so much.
Don’t forget that Russia is under embargo, so can’t import some parts as easily.
