I don’t have the foresight to not throw the bag/box away, and you’re suggesting I take a picture. Man, if that’s not having an optimistic view of humanity, I don’t know what is. Thanks for thinking the best of me, regardless.
Take the picture when you’re putting groceries away. People tend to buy the same products. So, eventually you’ll have a library and you won’t have to take pictures anymore. That’s what I do.

This is actually great advice 👍.
I make an oil on canvas still life of the bag and hang it on the wall above the stove.
And get some whiskey and ice from time to time, stand across the painting and reminiscence of the good old days.
Now the ice cream is in a bowl but I’ve thrown out the package and taken out the trash. Can’t remember what I’m supposed to do with it next.
Ummm 🤔… fry it for an hour, yes, I think that’s what it said.
Take a picture the first time you pull it out of the garbage, so you don’t have to go back in for a 3rd or 4th time.
Now this is realistic.
I’ve gone back at least 3 times before.
We all believe in you!
I don’t. I think they’re a myth invented to support an oppressive priesthood.
