I use maps to see a 3d view of my location then I 100% disregard anything else it tells me and make my own way there. I’m never in a rush, and I most certainly don’t give a damn about efficiencies in arriving somewhere.
That said, I don’t care what they add provided the UIs don’t change, and the stupid thing does NOT attempt to talk to me.
