Texas sued to stop an executive order issued by President Biden on his Inauguration Day to stop border wall construction and divert funds that had already been allocated for the project.
My understanding is that the courts may be able to prevent the Executive Branch from reallocating funds, they do not have the power to compel spending. Biden should just let the funds sit and ignore this right wing judge.
