New security measures could include wider perimeters to check for weapons, a heavier law enforcement presence, and greater use of unmanned drones to assist with surveillance, according to Ed Davis, a former Boston police commissioner.
The goal was to reduce the power of the federal government, now everyone is on board with that. Now businesses only have to deal with state regulations instead of federal, and states are much easier to control/fight.
