Even for the Trump administration judges have ruled against the federal government multiple times. https://www.lawfaremedia.org/projects-series/trials-of-the-trump-administration/tracking-trump-administration-litigation

Johnson and other guy who is so unimportant I can’t even remember his name, would have no federal protection in civil court. Protesters who sued far right organizers in Charlottesville were part of a tiny protest, and still received millions in damages.

I know what the right would be doing if the shoe was on the other foot. If something happens, sue the shit out of that little 4-eyed weasel, and every single individual and organization on the right that made a statement demonizing the peaceful protest.

That website lists a bunch of Trump wins too… more wins and pending/appeal than actual hard losses.

Yes those lawsuits against the federal government. Not civil suits against individuals.

It’s sad, but SCOTUS is a corrupt joke compared to lower court judges. Also, there’s actually 7 in favor of the admin and 8 ruled against

•222 active cases challenging Trump administration actions (this number consider a suit filed in district court and appeals that arise from the original suit as one case) •19 suits by the Trump administration challenging state or local laws •17 Supreme Court stays or orders to vacate lower court orders •1 Supreme Court affirmation of a lower court order •7 suits where judges ruled for the federal government in a summary judgement or by dismissing a suit •8 suits where judges ruled against federal government in a summary judgement or permanent injunction

A judge literally just declined another request from him, and in typical orange little bitch fashion he’s already crying to SCOTUS

Unless something is done he will eventually win every one of these cases in some way or another. He may even just ignore them entirely. It’s not like we can charge him with a crime anymore
