Missing 13-year old girl? Has anyone checked Mar-a-Lago or the White House basement? He just paved over the rose garden. I’ll bet there’s a sex dungeon under there.

    Also…

After she dropped off the girl in Maple Shade, Almeida contacted the requester about her money. She said that the person told her that he wouldn’t pay because she was being rude. She then posted to Facebook about her situation and she saw a missing child alert. The picture of the child was of a 13-year-old from Worcester, whom Almeida then recognized as the teenager she had driven to New Jersey.

Congratulations. You just posted on FB complaining that you didn’t get paid for your human-trafficking side hustle. You may come to regret that. This one is actually dumber than the dealers who go to the cops because someone stole their weed.

      A) Giving someone a ride isn’t human trafficking. Knowingly transporting a kidnapped person against their will is trafficking, but unless you have evidence about this case that isn’t in this article you can’t prove that Almeida knew anything.

      B) The cops would have identified Almeida pretty quickly as soon as they started looking into this on their own, and denying she gave this girl a ride would make her look like a human trafficker.

True giving someone a ride isn’t human trafficking, but transporting a minor across state lines without parental consent? Really not a smart thing to do. Almeida decided to make a quick $200 from a guy on FB that she didn’t know by giving a ride across state lines to a child she didn’t know. If that guy who was supposed to pay her had coerced or tricked the child into going on that ride for some nefarious purpose, then Almeida could well have participated in child trafficking whether she knew or or not.

I’d bet dollars to donuts that the cops are looking very closely into Almeida right now.
