It seems like he’s in a lot of things, because the things he appears in tend to be good, and he’s good in them.
I saw the same complaint about Rami Malek a while back, and his imdb profile is relatively sparse for a two-decade acting career. He just happens to be memorable.
I’ve heard the same said about John Malkovich, even though he’s hardly in anything really. But when he is in a movie it’s always good.
