It was my comment, and you’re misrepresenting it. I said it’s the responsibility of POTUS to abide by its findings rather than outside information. I also said Biden should be pressing Blinken for a reassessment, especially after the recent “accidents” involving civilians.
I’m not defending the findings of the report, but the President’s obligation to follow either it, or Congress. Since Congress voted in support of military aid, and the State Department report was inconclusive, it would be unfounded for Biden to amend existing contracts for allied support.
This is great news, and should absolutely prompt Biden to force a reevaluation from the State Department.
Also, would you mind providing a source regarding your claim of Biden dispatching DHS to oppress protesters? Or did he suggest shooting them in the legs?
