the fact that the federal government is removing sections from the Constitution on its official website should be the final nail in the coffin for anyone holding on to optimism or those remaining skeptical.

if you are in your 30s ask yourself if Bush would have thought about doing anything to even suggest altering or changing the constitution. the constitution of this country has long since been championed by conservatives to be “law of the land” as essentially infallible. they used to foam at the mouth if anyone attempted to revise a single part of it lest the entire document become obsolete.

it’s done, you guys. Project 2025 has won and we are not a constitutional republic anymore. dictatorship is being OPENLY attempted and if you still think at this point fascism is not here you are delusional.

    First off, the civilians with shittons of weapons like where Trump is going. So the Second Amendment won’t do what it says on the tin.

    Beyond that, what’s your plan for getting local police, county sheriffs, state troopers, ICE and the National Guard to all stand down in the face of citizen revolt? You don’t even have concepts of a plan here, but you’re happy to complain that others aren’t doing enough.

    The government will always have more ammo than you do, no matter how large a group you can organize.

          it’s not a dislike of your opinion as much as it is your deference. i have done nothing, admittedly. i am not immune from cowardice or inaction, but i know it is not the right way to behave so i must call it out in others as much as i do myself. i believe we need to change our culture and start introducing a rebellious narrative for people to rally around. we simply cannot just go: “welp, they got us by the balls. we’re too pacified, too reliant, and too weakened. better just go to work and come home and repeat until they throw me in a camp.”
