Was there not some issues with the animal trials last year or am I misremembering?

I think you are over thinking the photo. I think it meant to just draw people in and get them to think about green spaces and sustainablity in their life and maybe want to talk about it.

The photo has reminded me though I work half the day outside I’m not taking time to appreciate it and should make more of an effort to do so.
