@BuddyTheBeefalo I don’t really get the problem tho? All Information that you post on Fediverse is already public, that’s how ActivityPub works, no?

@zephyreks I see sources on this community getting only better and better with time.
After the Justice and Development Party (AKP) took power, AA and the Turkish Radio and Television Corporation (TRT) were both restructured to more closely reflect the administration line. According to a 2016 academic article, "these public news producers, especially during the most recent term of the AKP government, have been controlled by officials from a small network close to the party leadership.
A Bellingcat article states that “AA as a whole can only be considered as blatant and deliberate twisting and distorting of the facts.”
I must admit, it’s even better than Al-Jazeera./s
https://mediabiasfactcheck.com/newsmax-bias-credibilty-reliability/
Even better then al-jazeera /j
A questionable source exhibits one or more of the following: extreme bias, consistent promotion of propaganda/conspiracies, poor or no sourcing to credible information, a complete lack of transparency, and/or is fake news. Fake News is the deliberate attempt to publish hoaxes and/or disinformation for profit or influence
Any other outlets?
@brain_in_a_box I’m sure that CCP-funded or Russia-funded media like RT are much better sources./s
@Dreamer Source having high factual reports and fact checking their sources instead of just posting their agenda? https://mediabiasfactcheck.com/ is usually pretty good even if it’s not perfect
@Dreamer Just wanted to say that zero respectable sources except al Jazeera reported on it
@sabreW4K3 It seems like your instance has 1.19 version - https://fedidb.org/network/instance/lemmy.tf
It’s a known bug of this #Lemmy version, tell your instance owner to update to 1.19.1, if fixed it as far I’m aware
@DmMacniel Just be on instance that is defederated from them, done
@yolo I can see it from my instance I’m pretty sure, are you sure it isn’t defederated from yours? Even tho I’m on kbin, not on lemmy
I wonder when people will start posting news straight from HAMAS on there
You know Gaza has border with Egypt? That’s not possible
Your reply has a downvote lol
Infinity for kbin when??^^
Now we only need kbin stickers!!:3 (No pressure @cheeseblintzes )
Kbin stats seem very depressing, but it’s most definitely cause there’s no app yet and it relatively new compared to Lemmy
I use kbin so I just have NSFW switched to off (by default and I haven’t changed that) and I haven’t seen a single one
@Blaze What do you mean by “doesn’t allow you to do so”? Instance can block bridge domain and it will not be federated
How is it different from the rest of instances?
