The new open ecosystem of extensions on Firefox for Android launched in December with just over 400 extensions. Less than five months later we’ve surpassed 1,000 Firefox for Android extensions. That’s an impressive achievement by this developer community! It’s exciting to see so many developers embrace the opportunity to explore new creative possibilities for mobile browser customization.
What are some of your favorite new Firefox for Android extensions?
And most completely useless
Going deeper in the list also reveals lots of dupes along the way. Some extensions are listed 10 times or more.
Any word on extension data sync between Android and desktop?
That’s all fine and good but I need them to fix the battery drain first. It drains an insane amount of battery on Android. It drains more than games.
And the render bug. I offten have to force close and reopen ff to view anything on it
Firefox should support android tablet first
What do you mean, I use it on my Android tablet all the time? But yeah the tab drawer sucks on Android and it’s not nearly as optimized as chrome’s tablet UI.
