Aw dude Chinese takeout always makes me feel like shit. Not Chinese food, mind you, I grew up with a Chinese family and ate tons of the stuff, i cook it myself too.
The takeout on the other hand is just utterly drenched and sopping wet in oil. You can pick up a few noodles and grease will be dripping from them.
Craziest part of your comment is how every takeout place has the exact same food. Anyone in America could go to one of the cheap takeout places and have the experience you described
