Will it go up or down in your opinion? I am expecting a repeat of 2022 once central banks cut. Housing affordability is bad yes but m2 prices are still 30-50% cheaper than Argentina.

You need to refine your question. That chart lists a turkey housing price index, US dollar to Turkish lyra, and some cpi measurement. What is the “it” you’re referring to?
