TikTok is banned in China because the Chinese government doesn’t have enough control to censor the app there but ok. I’m sure all those cat videos created by American millennials on my feed are just part of their insidious plot to do… something real bad!

There is no evidence that it is banned. ByteDance just made the same app for the PRC market
