    That was Charter/ Spectrum. Verizon TRIED to buy them. I’ll edit and link in a second:

    “On May 18, 2016, Charter finalized acquisition of Time Warner Cable and its sister company Bright House Networks, making it the third-largest pay television service in the United States.”

    I worked there, and we had people from Time Warner. It’s on Wikipedia, too.

    AT&T is the king of LA, they’re actually kind of dying. Cox has a strangle hold on San Diego. Spectrum/ Charter is everything in-between. They’ve PAIRED with Verizon to use their towers to extend their internet networks to rural areas.
