Any foreigner. They come here to make something of themselves, probably spent and arm and a leg just on a passport and the trip itself. They work retail/crap jobs and do whatever they need. You’ll most likely never find a homeless foreigner in usa. Not saying they don’t exist, but I’ve never met one.
